STAFF PHYSICIAN
Dr. Elizabeth Willoughby joined Patient First as a staff physician in November of 2025. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from Old Dominion University in Norfolk Virginia. Dr. Willoughby also received a Master of biomedical science degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School of Health Professions in Norfolk, Virginia, as well as her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. She completed a residency in family medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Willoughby is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
